FillFox is operated by Frequency AI Ltd ("Cashew Crate"). This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our browser-based PDF form filler.

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not upload or store your PDF files
• We do not collect the content of your documents
• We do not track what you type into forms
• We do not access your signatures
• We do not process any file data on our servers

All file processing happens in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files never leave your device.

3. What We Do Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Account information: If you create a Pro account, we store your email address for authentication (via our shared auth service).
• Payment information: Pro subscriptions are processed by Polar. We do not store credit card details.
• Cookies: We use cookies for ad personalization (Google AdSense, with consent) and to remember your preferences. Cookie consent is requested before any non-essential cookies are set.

4. Local Storage

FillFox stores the following data locally in your browser (never sent to our servers):

• License/subscription status (localStorage)
• Daily usage count for free tier limits (localStorage)
• Saved signatures (IndexedDB — Pro feature)
• Cookie consent preference (localStorage)

5. Third-Party Services

• Google AdSense: Displays ads to free users (with cookie consent). Google may collect data as described in their privacy policy.
• Polar: Processes Pro subscription payments. Subject to Polar's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: Hosts the static website. May collect minimal access logs.

6. GDPR Compliance

FillFox is GDPR-friendly by design. We do not process personal data from your documents. Cookie consent is obtained before non-essential cookies are set. You can reject all cookies and still use the PDF filling features.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain any document data — it exists only in your browser session. Account and payment data is retained as long as your Pro subscription is active, plus any legally required retention period.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we don't process your document data, there is nothing to delete on our side. To manage your account data, contact us.
